6:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday 
8:00am - 12:00pm Saturday & Sunday

GROUP INSTRUCTIONAL HOURS
Attend any time during our AM or PM Training Windows - Arrive when you can, leave sweating & smiling
Our daily programming typically takes 45-75 mins to complete and can be modified for each individual

Monday - Friday
6:00am - 9:00am If you want to participate with others in the group, show up at the top of each hour (6am,7am,8am)
4:00pm - 7:00pm If you want to participate with others in the group, show up at the top of each hour (4pm,5pm,6pm)

Saturday
8:00am Bootcamp Class with Coach Steve - $10 for Non Members
9:00am Powerlifting Class with Coach Steve - $10 for Non Members
10:00am - 11:00am Diet & Nutrition Workshop - Must be Registered at https://LeanFitDiet.com/
